Resource Tuner Console 1.3

This command-line resource editor automates editing of resources in large numbers of Windows 32 and 64-bit executable files and makes resource editing easier and faster. It allows using VBScript, and creates a repeatable process for updating and customizing resources during the final stage of the build process. RTC fully supports Unicode and enables you to edit strings, add multiple languages, stamp file versions, swap icons, and more.
