AMCap 9.08

AMCap is a small yet fully functional video capture and preview application compatible with Microsoft DirectShow (formerly ActiveMovie, hence the name). I added many features including: still capture, WMV compression, multi-monitor, zooming, full-screen, always on top, and parameter save and restore.
